Hi! My name is, Ellice, and I'm the owner of Camano Cookies. Back in 2017 I had this idea to start baking for my local community, but the timing just wasn't right. Three years and one pandemic later, I found myself needing something positive in which to direct my focus...and baking came back to the forefront!

My heart is truly to spread as much love, joy, kindness and encouragement as possible...one cookie, cake, floral bouquet, conversation at my door or in my kitchen at a time. I'm a firm believer that big things start small. You never know who's life you will touch at any given moment...or who's life they will touch in return; it can have a major domino effect that I think most of us underestimate.

When I decided to run Camano Cookies full time in December of 2020, I honestly thought that very little would come of it. However, I have been blown away by the incredible support of my local community here on Camano Island & in nearby Stanwood, WA. It has been such a wonderful experience to get to know so many of you on a personal level and to have the honor to bake for your friends and family. Thank you for entrusting me with the special moments in your lives!

‍The Farm Stand is open at least once a month from May-October. The rest of the year, I often feature a pre-designed Seasonal Sampler, Cookie Box or Royal Iced Cookie Set--available to order via presale. | Bakery Orders can be placed any time (as booking space allows) from my menus!
