Hi! My name is Ellice, and I'm the owner of Camano Cookies.

Back in 2017, I had the idea to start baking for my local community—but the timing just wasn’t right. Three years and one pandemic later, I found myself needing something positive to focus on… and baking came back to the forefront.

My heart is truly to spread love, joy, kindness, and encouragement—one cookie, cake, floral bouquet, or conversation at my door (or in my kitchen) at a time. I’m a firm believer that big things start small. You never know whose life you’ll touch—or whose life they’ll touch in return. It’s a domino effect most of us underestimate.

When I launched Camano Cookies full-time in December 2020, I honestly didn’t expect much. But I’ve been blown away by the incredible support from my community here on Camano Island and in nearby Stanwood, WA. It’s been such a joy to get to know so many of you personally and to have the honor of baking for your friends and family.
