Island Senior Resources (ISR) strengthens the well‑being of seniors, adults with disabilities, and the people who care for them across Island County. Since 1972, ISR has provided trusted, essential services that support independence, connection, and quality of life delivered in homes, in the community, and in our offices.

As a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the largest private non-profit of its kind in Northwest Washington, ISR offers a comprehensive range of aging and disability services. Our programs include Meals on Wheels and community meals, caregiver support, medical transportation, aging and disability resources, case management, Medicare counseling, social and support groups, tax and legal assistance, medical equipment lending, and more.
