THE CAMANO ISLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (this “RFP,” or this “Request for Proposal”) in order to find a qualified source to provide WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT for the CAMANO ISLAND CHAMBER WEBSITE. Our goal with is to:

1. Refresh the website to a more user friendly format.
2. Showcase the Chamber's resources, events, and business community.
3. Update the user experience for the event with a user friendly website (both on mobile and laptop, etc.)
4. Capture data on website statistics.
5. Function seamlessly with our visitor kiosks.

The objective of this Request for Proposal is to locate a source that will provide the best overall value to The Camano Chamber of Commerce. While price is a significant factor, other criteria will form the basis of our award decision, as more fully described in the Evaluation Factors section of this Request for Proposal.
